Fees and Appointments

We are here to serve your legal needs. We can meet you at a time that is most convenient for you. Meetings can be scheduled at the office or in your home if you are not able to travel.

• Walk-ins are welcome, but an appointment is recommended
• Evening and Weekend Hours by appointment
• We accept cash, check, money order, certified check, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit card and wire transfers

All fees are clearly described to you at your initial consultation. Fees vary depending on whether it is a one-time representation (eg. Estate Planning documents) or an ongoing representation (eg. legal dispute). Fees can be based upon the attorney’s hourly rate and preparation time or a percentage of asset value. The fee type and structure will be discussed during the initial consultation and will be fully outlined in the engagement letter.
